Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore included in this recent image release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing different areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.
More images released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
